Should students be arrested for baggy pants?

I don't think that it is right for a student to be arrested for what he or she decides to wear. What if they have to wear clothes that are two sizes too big? What if that's all they can afford? I don't think it's right for someone to get in trouble because of how they choose to express themselves. I think that yeah, if it causes problems, they should do something about it. It's not that much of a problem anymore, I think that, that style has died out a bit. It still may be a problem in some places, but I think that it's not that big of deal anymore.
